I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. It was so convenient! The room was very clean, and I had air conditioning that worked great. I also liked the friendly service. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection!
The street outside was very loud. Opening the window wasn't an option.

The hotel is super close to the main train station, awesome if you are traveling! It is only a short walk to the city center too. I could easily walk to many shops, restaurants, and attractions.

the location was very convenient. the hotel is right across from the main railway station. the staff sent a message before my arrival to ask if i needed anything (i thought it was very thoughtful).
the breakfast was somewhat limited. i found some stains on the carpet in my room (this did not. the air conditioning did not seem to cool the room effectively.

The air conditioning was not effective! I found the room temperature uncomfortably warm. The street noise at night was substantial, despite the closed windows. This made it difficult to sleep soundly. I Expect proper sound isolation.

My corner 'apartment' room was fine! the windows and door had double glazing. i loved the beautiful red sofa and everything looked nice. I considered living there! jerusalem street location was great. breakfast was really good!
Check in was rough. We were sent to a handicap room. the staff could not get a key card to work. i had to go up and down the stairs to get it fixed. It was tiring.

I found the location excellent. It is right across from the central railway station. Breakfast offered a good start to the day. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, they enhanced my stay.
The room was a bit too warm. The air conditioning seemed to struggle to cool it down adequately.
